Rethinking dairy intake

The aim of The Milky Way study, led by Associate Professor Therese O’Sullivan, was to investigate the effects of regular fat compared with reduced fat dairy intake on children’s adiposity, heart health and gut health. The findings of this new study may help parents decide on what dairy products their children can safely consume, opening the door to regular consumption of whole-fat products.
